With over a decade of experience in the grant research and grant proposals space, Adrian has a proven track record of helping organisations secure funding for key initiatives across multiple sectors, with a focus on SMEs across all verticals.

 

Under Adrian’s leadership, Albina Consulting has grown into a trusted partner for SMEs and large multinationals seeking expert guidance on navigating the complex funding landscape.

His deep understanding of both domestic, UK and EU funding opportunities allows Albina Consulting to offer tailored solutions to meet clients' individual needs. Gavin O'Reilly is a seasoned and innovative leader in the food and beverage industry, with over two decades of experience across various sectors, including hospitality, distilleries, manufacturing, and FMCG. His expertise spans strategic planning, market analysis, product development, and international business operations.

Throughout his career, Gavin has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive business growth through innovation, strategy, and market insight. As a former co-founder and Commercial Director of Silver Spear Gin, Gavin played the pivotal role in developing and launching an award-winning gin brand that achieved global recognition. His work with other distilleries in Ireland and the UK, further highlights his skills in product development and international market expansion, having successfully launched multiple award-winning liqueurs and spirits.

In addition to his achievements in the spirits industry, Gavin has served in leadership roles at companies in manufacturing and healthcare where his input, strategic thinking, and innovation led to the successful development of new products and market entry strategies. He is also well-versed in financial management, supply chain optimisation, and consumer research, making him a versatile leader in the food and beverage, FMCG, and broader hospitality industries.

Gavin holds advanced degrees in International Business and Hotel Management and has been recognised with multiple industry awards for his contributions to product innovation and brand development.

His broad expertise, from managing high-profile projects to overseeing end-to-end commercial operations, makes Gavin a valuable asset to any food and beverage or FMCG operation looking to grow and innovate.

Tom Corcoran
Head of Sales

Tom Corcoran brings over three decades of dynamic sales leadership and strategic business development experience to his role as Head of Sales at Albina Consulting. With a career spanning multiple industries from fintech and vehicle hire to hospitality and consumer electronics. Tom has consistently delivered growth, built high-performing teams, and fostered long-term client relationships.

Most recently, Tom served as Membership Sales Manager at ISME Ireland, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the organisation’s reach to over 10,500 SME members nationwide. His tenure was marked by strategic initiatives that strengthened member engagement, enhanced value offerings, and supported Irish SMEs through challenging economic periods, including the launch of the impactful “Back to Business” campaign.

Prior to ISME, Tom held senior commercial roles including Commercial Sales Manager at Northgate Vehicle Hire, Country Manager at Powercash21, and Business Development Consultant at PaymentPlus, where he drove innovative sales strategies and cultivated partnerships across Ireland’s fintech and mobility sectors.

​

Tom’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident from his 17-year tenure as Owner and Managing Director of Siam Thai Restaurants and Glencar House Hotel, where he successfully scaled operations and built a respected hospitality brand. Tom is known for his decisive leadership, commercial acumen, and unwavering commitment to client success.
