As a former co-founder and Commercial Director of Silver Spear Gin, Gavin played the pivotal role in developing and launching an award-winning gin brand that achieved global recognition. His work with other distilleries in Ireland and the UK, further highlights his skills in product development and international market expansion, having successfully launched multiple award-winning liqueurs and spirits.
